About

Curiosity, creativity, and a whole lot of coffee.

For the past several years, I have been helping people answer their most sought-after questions:

  • “Should I build an app?”

  • “What are the problems that my target market faces?”

  • “How do I incorporate feedback into my existing product?”

  • “Where do I even start?”

To address those questions, I try to answer:

  • What is the problem you’re trying to solve?

  • How do you know it’s a problem?

  • How will you know when the problem is solved?

With a background in psychology and statistics, I have a thorough understanding of researching and building digital solutions and know what it takes to champion both user and business needs.

Whether you’re starting from the ground up or improving an existing system, I can help you discover market problems, create empathy among your team for your user, design enjoyable experiences, validate ideas, and more.

I am a creative problem solver, passionate about merging my extensive knowledge of psychology and my love for design to research and create valuable digital tools and present results to others in a meaningful way. As a manager, I’ve focused on hiring junior talent and growing them internally. I'm passionate about scaling high growth teams, supporting high quality design work, and establishing strong design operations practices to enable effective and efficient people, processes, relationships, and craft.

I enjoy coffee, seltzer, a cappella music, rewatching Parks & Recreation, and spending time with my husband, Bryant, and my two labradoodles, Penny and Lola.

I know you’ll love working with me.
